Why Real Estate?
A true Pensacola native, I have called this vibrant city my lifelong home. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science the University of West Florida, laying the foundation for a successful 35-year career in IT, and college administration.
In tandem with my IT career, I delved into the realm of real estate in 1991, collaborating with Scoggins III Inc. My multifaceted background means I can seamlessly merge technical expertise with the nuances of the real estate landscape.
My passion lies in negotiation, striving to secure the best deals possible. My commitment to optimizing outcomes reflects not only professional acumen but also a genuine dedication to client satisfaction.
Beyond work, I find joy in family life with my wife, Nicole, and our two children, along with a cherished son-in-law. Blending professional proficiency and community engagement, I strive to embody the essence of Pensacola and serve as a trusted ally in the pursuit of real estate success.
