Managing teams across human resources, financial, and operational roles has equipped me with the leadership and organizational skills necessary to navigate complex real estate transactions smoothly. My ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with various professionals ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget.

My extensive educational background (BA in Business Administration, University of West Florida and MA in Business Management, Troy University) provides a strong foundation for a real estate career.

I have a proven track record in handling leases, overseeing contractors for ground-up medical space construction, and renovating multiple buildings. This comprehensive knowledge allows me to offer clients informed guidance on all aspects of commercial real estate, from acquisition to development and management.

A 27-year career in healthcare administration honed my skills in managing buildings from every angle. My experience spans facility management, tenant relations, and lessor responsibilities, ensuring I understand the intricacies of each stakeholder’s needs.

My personal life is just as rich and fulfilling. I have been married to my wonderful wife Kimi for 27 years, and we have a daughter, Delaney. I enjoy collecting bourbon and traveling with my family; passions that keep me grounded and provide a well-rounded perspective.
