Kelley Smith was very helpful in a daunting process. Not everyone searches for and purchases a home every day. She made it as stress free as possible. Especially for us being a day’s travel from the Pensacola area.

Starting over a year ago, Kelley steered us to neighborhoods to look at during a visit to Pensacola. It was to figure out where we might like to live. Then this year, we narrowed down our neighborhood preferences to look at specific homes. After seeing a number of options, we finally found the one we wanted.

From the start last year, to this year, finding the home, making the purchase, Kelley patiently answered our newbie questions, made good suggestions, and generally went out of her way to be sure we knew what we were doing.

When it came time to make the offer, her input was great. When it came time to sign a contract, Kelley patiently went over the contract line-by-line to be certain we understood what we were getting into. When the offer was accepted, she and her team of players from The Zimmern Team office made everything happen as smoothly as possible, being certain nothing was missed.

Overall it was a very positive experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to ask for Kelley’s help again should the need arise.

Sarah grace did an absolutely amazing job helping us buy our home. She stayed up all night while ON VACATION to make sure that our offer got in and we got our dream house. She is the best realtor in this area hands down. We will never use anyone else. Could not recommend her or the team more. 1000/10 will be using them again!

I bought my beautiful home last year, and Tahnee helped me every step of the way. She was very transparent and listened to all my expectations that I wanted for a home. We had the absolutely best experience in our very difficult house search with the phenomenal Sarah Grace of Zimmern team! We had definite ideas that fluctuated with each house we saw. Having moved multiple times with the military we have adapted to many places in the past.
