Jade Hoy's Profile

Originally from the United Kingdom, Jade moved to the Florida Panhandle as a child in the 1990’s and immediately fell in love with the white sandy beaches. She stayed local to attend the University of West Florida earning a bachelor’s degree in communications while working in retail management. This knowledge, coupled with her undergraduate degree in legal studies, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in navigating real estate contracts, ensuring clients’ investments are handled with promptness and care, all while effectively marketing The Zimmern Team’s community involvement.

Jade is thrilled to be working with the Zimmern team– a group of motivated and trustworthy agents focused on empowering people and building community. Jade’s clients often describe her as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around.

After living for many years in the Panhandle, Jade currently resides in Pensacola with her two children. She enjoys spending time with her toes in the sand, enjoying the many great restaurants the area has to offer, and getting lost in a good book. Jade is a proud member of the Pensacola Women’s Alliance and the GBE Parent-Teacher Association.
