Building Community
At The Zimmern Team we are committed to using our resources and influence to inspire and empower the people around us—our coworkers, colleagues, peers, clients, and local residents.
As a group of natives, locals, and longtime local professionals, our agents and staff consistently volunteer with grassroots and engage in sponsorships with non-profits. Every year attendance grows as we’re able to connect with more people through community outreach.
Our goal as community stewards is to:
- Keep people together
- Encourage collaboration to better the community
- Enticing people to stay in Pensacola and the Gulf Coast by contributing to community development

As years of community investment continue to pass, we are beginning to see legacies being built and being established in Pensacola. From families with longstanding community relationships to independent businesses becoming community staples.
We make it our mission to help locals and new residents experience the best that communities in the Gulf Coast have to offer—so they have a reason to stay.
